The strategic position on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, allows you to easily reach both the seaside areas of La Spezia and the landscape and cultural destinations of Tuscany.
The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony and private and free parking, available to guests.

- BEDROOM II with French bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair;
