The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cosy and very clean. Lovely walk in shower. The TV only has french channels but you can log into YouTube and watch you favourite. Breakfast was lovely and starts from 6am-10am. Everyone was so lovely in this hotel and the area was lovely too. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home for 5 days 🙏😁

As our train from Lille was cancelled (fire on the line), we missed our first pre-paid night, arriving hot & tired next day, Very friendly, sympathetic welcome and helpful information given. Nice, quiet, comfortable room with working aircon and tea/coffee regularly replenished by the kettle. Short walk from the rail station or tram & pleasant stroll to park & amenities.

The bed was big and comfortable, (though the pillows were terrible), and the bathroom was new. The rest of the hotel was shabby. The breakfast isn’t really worth taking, better to go to one of the many lovely cafes in the area. The location is very good.

Hotel room was very small but clean and quiet, the area around had many restaurants to choose from with the transportation just a 2 minute walk. Breakfast is very minimal and the hotel does not have a restaurant, you need to go out to eat. For me I do recommend this place because of the location and price, so yes I would stay here again.

Its was ok. The location is good. But the hotel is not great.. I put the card do not disturb and they still came into my room.. my stuffs had moved and they replaced my towels et made my bed. But I think its disrespecful to enter someone's room when they ask not too. Its also very noisy. I had the room beside the elavator and the stairs and I can hear the people like they were having a party in my room:/
