It enjoys plenty of natural light, typical of the traditional Croix-Rousse ‘Canut’ flats, and is situated on a quiet street.

The flat is laid out as follows:

Great apartment, but the building needs some attention.

We enjoyed Croix Rousse and the apartment. Though very small, it was modern, the kitchen was orderly and well suited for our needs. The linens were good and the bedroom storage was nice. Our biggest concern was the building itself. The entry area and corridor leading to the apartment needs some attention. What was particularly bothersome was the lack of working lights in the hallway. In order to safely navigate our way to the apartment, we needed to use the light on our mobile phone so we could see. Once we got to the apartment, the light switch by the door worked and would illuminate the corridor, but to get to that switch we needed the light on our phone.

Fernsehen mit digitalem Empfang, viele Mediatheken-Programme (Natürlich auf Frz) 🙁 sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Zum einen gab es mit Buchungsprozess nur standardisierte, automatisierte Mails, zum anderen war die Verabredung mit der Kontaktperson für die Schlüsselübergabe anfangs schwierig. Zudem hatte ich während des Aufenthalts folgendes Problem: mitten in der Nacht gab der Brandmelder im Flur Alarm, zum Glück hörte er nach 3 mal von alleine wieder auf. Ich hatte geschlafen (und weder geraucht noch gekocht oder ausgiebig heiß geduscht ...) und es ist mir unerklärlich, wie diese Fehlfunktion zustande kam. Ich schrieb meiner Kontaktperson, ob sich das jmd anschauen kann, um sicherzustellen, dass es in der nächsten Nacht nicht wieder passiert. Keine Reaktion, stattdessen musste ich abends (eher zufällig) feststellen, dass jmd im Apt. war und den Brandmelder abgenommen hatte. Sehr schön, aber eine Info darüber wäre angebracht gewesen."

Le Tisserand Je suis venue seule pour un séjour familial. L’organisation de mon arrivée a été parfaite car l’agence a été très arrangeante. Seul bémol sur les stores absents ou abîmés laissant passé la lumière. Pour ma part ce n’est pas un soucis mais j’avais besoin de relouer avec les enfant mais ce n’est pas adapté à leur sommeil. Le logement est propre et facile d’accès. Seule la baignoire et le pommeau de douche se font vieux mais fonctionne très bien. Je recommande ce logement en connaissance de ces éléments.

The team ate friendly and easy to communicate with, even with our limited french. Cute little flat, had everything we needed 🙁 Mattress has seen better days! And to access the wifi pass code you have to scan a QR code to a Web page - luckily we had decided to purchase EU roaming for our phones, but this is something I've never done before, so we would have been abit stuck."
