Loved this hotel! We were only there one night and would have loved longer! Super clean and well located, great shopping, restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking was a bit of a nightmare so I would recommend taking the train or parking somewhere outside of the downtown area and training in. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Parking close by in the huge underground garage under the nearby plaza. Close to main sightseeing places and great restaurants in the capital of food. We used the hotel as a stop over to the Riviera and it was hot, 35+ degrees Celsius and the AC in the hotel was not really equipped to handle this extreme heat. All in all a good place.

We loved staying here! First the location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere from here and were in the middle of the DT hub and close to the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and stylish and they have lovely lounge areas by reception. The staff were very helpful and st all times very pleasant and informative. We’d stay there again!’

The hotel location is perfect as you are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and major attractions. The rooms are relatively spacious for an old European building. I only wish there was lotion in the room and better air conditioning, but other than that everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location within walking distance from major tourist attractions. Rooms were rather spacious for a European hotel however the AC didn’t work well. The hotel is clean and quiet despite being in a central area.

The property, though a bit worn, was spotless and conveniently located near the old town, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Parking was a bit of a hassle since the garage was about two blocks away, making it difficult to load and unload the car. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would definitely stay here again due to its excellent location and ease of access to the city.

TOP NOTCH !! From the minute of check in to check out. Very nice and flexible staff in reception. I arrived early and they managed to let me get the room 1 hr early, and I believe also an upgraded room, I had not booked with a balcony but my room was wonderful on 5th floor. Very quitet even though it was facing the street and overlooking the beautiful piazza. The AC was perfect and kept the room cool. Bed was super comfortable. Super clean room. They let me also do a late chck out without any extra cost, super nice staff and VERY accomodating. Location is very nice, loads of shops, restaurants and cafees around. This was the best hotel stay during our travels for 2 weeks thru Austria, Switzerland and France.

I travelled to Lyon for 3 nights by myself as a solo female. My stay at this hotel was great! I really loved it. It felt extremely safe in terms of the location, the staff were mostly female as well and the place itself was really nice. My room was very comfortable and clean. My one piece of feedback is you would expect a hotel to provide basics such as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, which they did not. There was only body wash provided and the rest were available for purchase, which I found odd.
