The pool and hot tub was down a super long hallway full of couches the hot tub only fits 6 people comfortably and no one would swim in the pool it was freezing cold water my pillows smelled like someone’s dirty head sweat

Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room had two bedrooms, connected by an open area with microwave, fridge and sink, and also had a sofa bed in one of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage with surfaces for luggage, etc. Our room had a balcony view of the lake and the Mackinac Bridge. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a bright and spacious bath and nice toiletries. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it was larger than in most hotels, as shown in the pictures, and had a hot tub adjacent to it. For those traveling in the warmer months, there is beach access for swimming in the lake, and fire pits and seating to enjoy on the beach. Breakfast is not provided, but with the room priced so reasonably it is easy to get a full meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. Our stay was perfect, and I would book this room again the next time we visit Mackinaw City.

The facility is located in a perfect area. We stayed at the hotel two separate times. Once June and later in August. Both says one of the two tvs did not work. The rooms have not been updated in a decade or two so no usb power. During our fist stay my wife pointed out one of the smoke detectors in the room was open and did not have a battery installed. Over all it wasn't the worst place i have stayed at but have to admit we wont be back untill they update the property.

The hotel was run down with broken fixtures in our room. The tv did not work and bathroom was gross. The staff was very helpful and friendly but some money needs to be put into fixing things up. Not a place I would stay again.

Rooms were OK, bed was comfortable, housekeeping staff was extremely friendly. Front counter staff was not overly friendly morning or evening shift. Coffee always available! Sunrise view front ground floor room was spectacular! Stated in a suite with 2 queen beds, loved the kitchen area that divided the two bedroom areas.

Wonderful stay for us and our friends who came from Mexico to see Upper Michigan for the first time. They were enchanted! The room had two separate suites so it fit perfectly for privacy and comfort. Absolutely excellent. Lovely staff woman.
