Priced for location and holiday. Comfortable. No refrigerator or microwave in the room; fitness room unavailable; no breakfast. Front desk promoted the fireworks display, but they were actually across the bridge. Discounted ferry tickets but additional fee if not paid with cash.

Charged an additional $30 per day at check in because we had our 15 year old son with us. Breakfast was below standard. Beds very uncomfortable. Rude staff. Only positive was the view and location.
