Travelocity Verified Review
"We stayed in the "Comfort Double Room" part of the hotel, and the place was far from 4-star superior quality. It felt like an unmaintained 1980s relic with unpleasant red shag carpet and almost zero soundproofing.
The room was objectively dirty and hazardous:
Hygiene: There was active mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower grout. The toilet had a visible brown biofilm build-up under the rim, and the water faucet was covered in heavy limescale.
Expired Food: I found coffee creamers that had expired over 100 days ago (Dec 2025) and minibar chips expired by two months.
Security: While we were out, housekeeping took an active key card from our room without explanation. We had to go back to the desk to reprogram everything because we didn't know who had it.
Service: Breakfast service was incredibly slow; it took a very long time just to get a coffee.
Management provided a partial discount after I showed them the photos, but a refund doesn't fix these health and safety issues. If you book here, be very careful which wing they put you in."
