we were told that the room would be cleaned on the 3rd day. We stayed 5 nights. The trash was never collected, and I had to go to the desk to get two towels and a roll of toilet paper.

It’s a very nice, modern hotel. The staff were very friendly. One thing of note though is that the shower has a clear glass wall with a curtain on the other side (the person in the shower has no control over it being pulled back) which I found to be quite odd. But our room was clean and had the necessary amenities.

The staff was really nice, the rooms had everything you needed (minus a kettle- but you can get coffee downstairs). The hotel is right next to the train station and there is a huge sign pointing in the direction to walk in the train station (never saw that before :D). Pet friendly and my dog said she enjoyed her stay too.

I loved the location (right next to the main train station). Next, the automated check-in was fast and easy … I even was able to check-in early. The hotel was very clean and the room was large. I would absolutely go back for a quick trip to Frankfurt.

Great location. Directly across the street from train station and Underground station. Clean room, very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Great bar area to relax at end of day. Only negative, the room was too hot. I had to leave the window open to cool it off.
