Smart clean modern hotel. Helpful staff TV selection poor 194 channels most unavailable. Water only for members! Single room, gave me a disabled, bathroom shower got every thing wet!

Great hotel to rest at Frankfurt Airport

My wife and I stayed here to rest up before our trip back to the US. The hotel has everything you would ever need, great breakfasts, very comfortable rooms, outstanding location. Recommend staying here.

Reduce your expectations, however low!

What is it about airport hotels? Do they figure because of their position they don’t have to conform to any hospitality standard? Sadly this Hilton Garden is a typical example of countless airport hotels around the world - understaffed, constant equipment malfunctions that are either not resolved or take forever. They know you’re only there one night I guess.
