We checked in & assigned a room, upon entering the room we found it had not been cleaned at all. In fact we were quite shocked and afraid we had walked in on someone. Empty food & drink containers on the desk, slept in bed, lights on & bathroom towels on the floor. We immediately went to the desk & they gave us another room right away, no questions asked. It was very quiet for being at the airpot and our (new) room faced the main road into the airport. It also gave us peace of mind that all we needed to do was check out and head to security for our flight the next morning. Rewe & restaurants right down the hall was very convenient, also the reason we didn't eat free breakfast there.

Great room, easy check in. If you are flying out of Frankfurt, it's best to stay here the night before. You are literally attached to the airport and can walk straight from your room to both the trains or the airplane depending on how you are traveling.

Very clean room. Nice quiet location. I checked out then realized I left my power adapter in my room. I came back 15 minutes later and a staff person escorted me to my room right away so I could get my item. It was much appreciated.
