I greatly appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport terminal every 20 minutes. A large bus transported people/luggage to terminal 1; a large-step van transported me/my luggage to terminal 2. The driver was very cheerful and helpful; he loaded and unloaded my suitcases.

The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The wellness center and pool were a great. The proximity to the Frankfurt International Airport is very useful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall hotel is ok. The only what I don’t like is that rooms pretty small, air condition didn’t work at all and I can’t even open windows. Overall in hotel very hot. Another things I don’t like that I made reservation via Expedia and after check-in my card was charged, but at front desk they ask me to pay again. At first it was onne amount pending. Than payment go through with another amount. At the end I was double charged (from Expedia and from hotel). Very frustrating

I love the location and the outside restaurant space! this time at check in the guy was not paying attention to is at all- consistently looking elsewhere! also the AC was not working at all and we were sleeping in temperatures way above comfort level! It was a sweat fest all night! I do not like how they do not communicate circumstances that make our stay cumbersome

very convenient if flying in/out of Frankfurt, good amenities, convenient shuttle, but our room was so hot it was a night of literal torture before a 11 hour flight. I think something was broken because the fridge was hardly cool either, but Germany gets hot in the summer and not having a way to cool down the room or open the window was horrific.
