The room never warmed up. The facet was leaking down to the floor in the bathroom, so we were stepping in the puddle of water. Otherwise clean nicely furnished hotel with very pleasant atmosphere. As for checking in, I would advise a better understanding of their computer system before they advise me that none of my credit cards can be approved. My card was hit with 5 pending charges before they figured that out.

Location was great. Airport shuttle every 20 mins, so that was good. Room clean and good size (I was in Junior Suite). "free" bottle of water. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options so something for everyone really. - Staff were all good to deal with. The only issue I had was after the hotel wrote to me to see if I needed anything, I responded 3 times but never did get any responses.

Everything was wonderful re: this stay. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed and nice hot shower; the staff were kind and helpful; the breakfast was delicious; the bar drinks were fun and food very tasty; and the pool and spa area great for exercise and relaxation. The 24/7 shuttle to/from the airport is very helpful too.

Nice and quiet - although very close to FRA, we never heard any planes take off or land. Our room was immaculate! Comfortable bed and nice amenities in the bathroom, although the shower drain was a bit sluggish. Excellent breakfast buffet was offered, and the shuttle bus to FRA left every twenty minutes. We will definitely stay here in the future.
