Clean,quiet and comfortable room in a hotel close to the airport. Things could be improved: (1) the pump on the soap dispensers don't deliver much liquid soap; (2) there was no moisturiser in the dispenser; (3) housekeeping burst into the room around 9.20am without knocking or checking whether the room was occupied. So glad I was already dressed! For an overnight stay, this place was fine.

My wife and I used this Hyatt as a quick step in our return to the US after a multi-week tour through Europe. It was a perfectly nice hotel with a good restaurant and helpful staff. It is conveniently located one S-Bahn stop from Frankfurt airport and I suspect it is used by many travelers in the same way we did. It is located in a business park but there is a modest green area to take a walk in.
