Situated in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and close to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant two-bedroom apartment is the ideal place for those who wish to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.

Accommodation, Distribution, and Equipment

With an area of 100 square meters and a capacity for up to 6 people, it is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.

Upon entering, you will find a fully-equipped separate kitchen. The spacious living room has one of its sofas that can be easily converted into a bed. In the same living room, you will also find a dining area. The property also has a small terrace. Finally, the apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and two fully equipped bathrooms with showers for your hygiene and relaxation.

Location

Located in a completely renovated building in Plaza del Teatro, it is next to one of the most emblematic and busy places in the city, Plaza de la Constitución, the epicenter of Malaga's life and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Marqués de Larios street and San Juan street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses that the pedestrian streets in the area offer. Besides, you can enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.

In its surroundings, you will find the main tourist attractions such as the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Arab Alcazaba, or the Roman theater. The Muelle Uno area and the Malagueta beach are a 10-15 minute walk away through the pleasant Paseo del Parque.

Apartment & service fantastic

From the moment we booked this apartment the service we received from Iloftmalaga was fantastic. They were very helpful and informative. This apartment could not be better located. Close to everything. The Supermarket opposite was a bonus. Inside is exactly like the photos, you will not be disappointed. Lovely having a balcony to sit on.

Excellent apartment with facilities and good location; just beware that lots of building work going on around and drilling opposite - OK if you are up at 7.3am and out for 12 hours - non stop. Otherwise it was lovely. Sarah.

Lovely Unit..Very Noisy Area

the unit itself was lovely.the area not so great.VERY NOISY early morning noise from deliveries to grocery store across the street.late night noise from area bars.. including all glass being emptied into dumpsters at the end of the block next door neighbour on floor 1..very loud late at night unfortunately the noise issues spoiled our stay.

Very difficult check-in, amenities lacking

Only one hand towel supplied, no salt , pepper, paper towels, nothing in kitchen. I asked for a second kitchen towel and someone entered the apt. and left more dish rags in the kitchen,no towel, without our being there! Thin walls, noise from next unit, the mattress slipped halfway off the base. They need to secure those. Overall, I'd say there are better places to stay.

property needs to be decorated,painted & refreshed and equiped for guests. Photo makes it look better than reality. Patio door lock broken.Glass on table cracked. Tatty cushion coverrs. Curtains look tired! Sparsely equiped kitchen. 2 mismatched glasses. First aid box in kitchen only contained bandages! Equip it or dump it. No soap holder in shower. Good location for sight seeing. Noisey in mornings as bottle distribution centre next door so leave shutter down at night.

Très belle décoration..

Très belle décoration pour ce petit appartement idéalement situé pour un séjour à Malaga, parfait pour 2personnes Les appareils électroménagers sont au top mais manque de plats pour le combiné four micro ondes et fourchettes (il n'y en que 3) La chambre avec ses parois en verre est très originale mais manque d'intimité si vous séjournez à 4 Grand lit et excellente literie très belle salle de bain et de très nombreux rangements Il y a 2petits supermarchés à 20 mètres ainsi que de nombreux bars et restaurants à proximité immédiate Nous avons passé une excellente semaine malgré une météo capricieuse Un grand merci à Iloft Malaga

Sehr gute Lage und alles da was man braucht....ABER; Extrem hellhöriges Gebäude, man hört alles von den Nachbarn. Schimmel an der Decke der Dusche, Balkontüren schließen nicht richtig, wodurch man auch die Strasse hört. Küchenbeleuchtung flackert nach 5 min. SCHADE, da eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung!!

Great appartment, good location

The appartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very nive and good location, you can walk to all major attractions. However, the neighborough is very noisy, people party all night and the appartment is not very soundproof, but still we loved it and will rent it again if we return to Malaga.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful property and located within walking distance of everything. The only negative is that it was hard to find when we checked in. Once we found where to check in they were nice enough to walk us to the property or we would have never found it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rent this same home again.

Dealing with the property manager was excellent. They contacted us at the appropriate times and when I sent messages, they came back very quickly. They were very helpful and we would definitely use them again.

Zeer netjes en schoon. Fantastische locatie. Alle goed te bewandelen van het appartement. Het gebouw is wel heel erg gehorig. Buren naast ons waren letterlijk te verstaan en ook het geluid van buiten hoor je goed. Met oordoppen in slaap je hier prima. Incheck is op een andere locatie dan het appartement. Dat was even zoeken. Verder hele fijne en vriendelijke service. Ze waren goed te bereiken via de app.

The checking process was very poor and difficult ,it was impossible to check on line and the office was in different location we ,had to walk to the office with our laugeges to check in and then walk to the apartment. Poor services , no toilet paper at the apartment and after we requested no one provided us with any despite of their promis that someone will drop by to bring us some. Very noisy street . Excellent location and accomodation

Clean and comfortable bathroom, plenty of space in the wardrobes and sufficient cloth hangers. Some knobs in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes etc. Please invest in some better knives in the kitchen. Impossible to cut f.ex bread with the existing.

That it was very clean and well equipped. We felt like at home. The location is superb. Try to organize a parking space closer to the apartment.
