Precious country house with private pool on the outskirts of Portocristo. It has capacity for 12 persons.
This wonderful finca offers a beautiful corner where yo can enjoy your deserved vacation. It offers a great chlorine pool of 8 x 4 metres with a water depth that goes from 0.9 to 2 metres, together with 12 sun loungers to sunbathe or just relax. The shade of the porch is perfect for a succulent barbecue and a delicious dessert while the little ones play some table tennis or at the playground by the pool. The property is fenced and privacy is total since there are no neighbours around.

The building comprises two floors offering the essencial common rooms twice because in the ground floor we find two living-dining rooms equipped with two sofas each one. They are perfect to have a good time while reading a book or watching the satellite TV channels. There also are two kitchens equipped both with a gas stove, dining table and all utensils you need to cook. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The main floor offers three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. To complete the floor you will find a toilet and two bathrooms, one with a tub and independent shower and the other with just a tub. On the upper level you will find the 3rd living area with TV-Sat and 3 more bedrooms, two of them with a closet. All of them have two twin beds and one has a an en-suite bathroom with a tub. A cot a high chair are also available. A bathroom with a tub and an independent shower completes this floor. The house offers gas central heating and all bedrooms have a fan. The electricity comes from the solar panels that are on the property.

Portocristo is a beautiful town with one of the most beautiful coves in the island, located about 2.7 km from the property. Nevertheless, you will also find other dream-like coves nearby like Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. You cannot miss a visit to the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams. Portocristo offers a great variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Great place for large group
Lovely location to explore the east side of Majorca, but would absolutely recommend a car as there is no where to really walk to from the property. Property is a great size, we were a party of 12 and found it great. Everything is functional, could do with new sofas and sun beds which are a bit tired, but still work. The guy who owns the property is lovely and keen to help, plenty of cutlery and crockery and all clean. Pool was fantastic and although property is near a main road this wasn't intrusive. Overall a great place to relax and spend time as a large group.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben die Zeit in dem Ferienhaus genossen, für größere Gruppen ist das Ferienhaus sowie das Grundstück ideal. Leider ist die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße recht laut sodass die eine oder andere Nacht etwas getrübt war. Dennoch würden wir dieses Ferienhaus noch einmal buchen.

Vi var uden bil og regnede med at kunne få taxa til det vi ville - Men de kunne ikke finde huset. Adressen går ikke ind på gps. Rigtigt fint hus men gryder trænger til udskiftning og en reparation af udendørs bruser vil have hjulpet. Men alt i alt et fantastisk hus med nasser af plads til os 7 voksne og 4 børn. Vi har haft en dejlig ferien

Super schöner erholsamer Urlaub
Die Finca ist ein sehr schönes Objekt uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man fand dort seine Ruheoase oder hatten Spaß im Pool. Die Finca bietet sehr viel Platz. Rundum sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Kann man für mehrere Leute nur empfehlen.

Der Standard der Ausstattung für war den günstigen Preis angemessen. Leider störte der Straßenlärm etwas. Für einen Urlaub, der hauptsächlich draußen stattfindet war es absolut in Ordnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für unsere Großfamilie
Großzügig gestaltete Finca in guter Lage für Ausflüge (sofern ein Mietwagen vorhanden ist). Toller Vermieter (Oscar) den man zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit anrufen kann sollten einmal Probleme auftauchen. Die direkt vor dem Anwesen verlaufende Verbindungsstraße MA-4020 von Manacor nach Porto Cristo ist zwar viel befahren aber nicht wirklich Lärmstörend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lediglich die spärliche Kühlung in diesen durch nicht wirklich wirkungsvolle Standlüfter könnte man mit einem Minus bemängeln. 2 voll ausgestattete Küchen und ein Pool welcher vom Besitzer Oscar peinlich auf Qualität geprüft wird lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in der Finca Sa Conca, den wir sehr gerne wiederholen werden.
