Vistalegre is a charming Mallorcan rustic-style estate, located in a natural, private and peaceful environment, ideal for those seeking to disconnect and enjoy the authentic tranquillity of the island.



Located just 3 km from Cala Mandia beach, 3 km from the Playa Romántica bus station, 5 km from the Eroski supermarket and 6 km from Manacor port, the property is also close to restaurants, golf courses (21 km from Son Servera Golf Club), natural spaces (43 km from s'Albufera Natural Park), and Palma airport (60 km). A perfect location to combine relaxation with exploration.



A careful path through vegetation leads you to the house, surrounded by a beautiful garden dotted with corners to relax or enjoy outdoor meals under the Mallorcan sky.



Inside, a cosy open space houses the living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, satellite television and WiFi. The kitchen, independent and functional, has gas hobs, oven and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite recipes.



The house has capacity for 7 people distributed across 4 bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one with a single bed and another with a double bed), and two on the upper floor (one with two single beds and another with a double bed). It has two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet.



In the exterior, the estate offers a private swimming pool surrounded by shaded areas with umbrellas and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing on summer days. It also has parking within the property.



The estate is located a few minutes from Manacor, a city with much to offer: from the History Museum in the Torre dels Enagistes, traditional windmills, weekly markets and the famous Majorica pearl factory, to an excellent local gastronomic offer. In addition, it has a good train and bus connection, and is home to the renowned Rafa Nadal Academy sports centre, ideal for sports enthusiasts.
