ROOMS
Villa Anjani has 5 bedrooms, comprising 3 doubles and 2 twins - which can also be made into double rooms.
Four bedrooms are in the pool pavilion; the two rooms on the second floor share a shower & bathroom and so can be most suited to a family group with children, as you access the second bedroom [a master with sea view] from the first [a twin]. The 2 rooms are separated by a short corridor where you will find a full bathroom & shower and also a large walk in wardrobe.
On the lower floor there are two more double rooms.Â
The fifth bedroom is in the annex to the rear of the villa and is accessed by a steep spiral staircase. The courtyard style pool allows privacy whilst keeping a good connection between all the rooms.
LOCATION AND AREA
Villa Anjani is in a secluded area near the  traditional village of Mendira, only a few minutes away from the centre of Candidasa.  Â
A breathtaking location with stunning views across the bay to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan, Villa Anjani is set on a small low-tide beach, home to a wealth of marine life on the healthy coral reefs. Making it easy to grab a snorkel and immerse yourself in the underwater world.Â
Villa Anjani offers guests a total escape from the stresses of modern life. The beautiful tranquility and easy views across the bay are a real highlight of spending time in this East Bali coastal area.
There is a large garden area which is ideal for kids to run around with steps down to the private sandy beach at low-tide. There are also long piers on which to walk when the tide is in and you wish to dive and swim in deeper waters.Â
The white sand beach in Mendira village is only a 5 minute walk away through the quiet lanes. The Mendira beach is quiet, shallow and calm water ideal for young children.
We provide snorkel gear so you can explore the reef in front of the villa where we have seen turtles and many other colourful sea life. Â A secluded courtyard swimming pool makes Villa Anjani perfect for families or groups of friends.Â
INCLUSIONS AND AVAILABLE SERVICES
Rate is inclusive of taxes, and also includes unlimited tea, coffee and water throughout the stay, and the exclusive use of the villa facilities and the services of the dedicated staff including a cook, housekeeper and general manager who also can help you in arranging trips, tours, massages or anything else that you need.
Although not included in the rate, we can also provide a full breakfast with fresh juice and fresh fruits, wholemeal and white toast, and jams and spreads, a selection of cereals, and a choice of eggs and bacon or pancakes or Asian breakfast (fried rice / fried noodles). Â
The staff are also happy to prepare other meals and serve you drinks throughout the day at a cost that is close to the cost of groceries, plus a 20% villa charge. Â The villa also has a fully equipped chef's kitchen and an outdoor dining area perfect for entertaining. Â
For smaller kids, we offer daycare and evening babysitting if adults wish to have an evening out [a small gratuity for babysitting after 7pm is added to the bill but is an optional payment].
The standard villa rate is based on 4 bedrooms and maximum 8 guests. If you wish to have 5 bedrooms, or additional beds, we have two single beds that we can put one in each of the twin rooms, making them triple rooms. We also have a small double sofa bed in the main bedroom as well. So the villa can actually sleep 13 guests. (additional charges apply for more than 4 bedrooms and 8 guests)
Please note: There is a drop after the garden down to the beach, that is not fenced off and is completely open.
