Harbor Village Update: The indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area are open and included with your stay. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. Importantly, there can be no alcohol or food at the pool facilities.

Two Level Condo Steps to Lake Michigan: Property ID # 379865 - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Sleeping Arrangements: Main level bedroom - Queen; Upstairs Loft - Queen; Upstairs Bedroom - Queen. There is full bathroom off the hallway on the main level and a full master bathroom upstairs.

This townhouse style condo features a large great room with amazing Marina views through the floor-to-ceiling arched window. Lots of fun games and toys to make your stay extra special! After a week of lounging on the deck, watching the boats go through the harbor, you'll never want to leave!

** Boat slip behind the condo is included, but please be sure to let Management know if you are bringing a boat. Special instructions are required. Association does not allow trailer parking so off-site parking will need to be secured.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: central air conditioning, laundry, private boat dock, gas grill, outdoor deck with seating. WIFI included and cable included.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, fans, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with boat slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, the Riverwalk, plus world-class golf courses, public parks and nature trails! An ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater and fisherman!

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.

Great Harbor Village Marina Condo

We loved our stay in Harbor Village, our second summer stay. The condo was in a perfect central location on the marina - beautiful views off the big deck (so relaxing), close walk to the beach and pools (few minutes each). The condo was very clean, well stocked (including beach gear), comfy beds, with really nice beach decor. We enjoyed a couple trips into town, eating at the pub & brewery, shopping, and walking along the river. The beach at the condo is clean with good swimming and a nice sandbar. Food & ice cream at the beach are convenient too. It was especially tough to leave the deck & marina views!

Beautiful House in Need of Some TLC

PROS: The house is in a great neighborhood and just a five minute walk to the beach, less than 10 minute drive to Meijer or downtown, and lots of cool day trips in the area. I also loved how bright and spacious the space is and the area is very quiet at night. CONS: There were extensive cleaning and maintenance issues (e.g., built up grime on table tops/handles/cabinets/etc, sheets/linens all stained, broken windows/shades, old thin lumpy pillows), but I provided details to the property manager who said they will address them. The property managers were very prompt to respond and seemed genuinely interested in correcting the issues with the homeowner so hopefully this listing will match the description for the next guests! With some proper upkeep, it's definitely an ideal space.

Really great place with updated kitchen and awesome water view. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. Bright colors for that beach feel. They had all the extras for just about everything you need! Highly recommend!

Second Stay - just as Wonderful!

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves
as did our 5 year old granddaughter. Love being so close to the Lake and playground. The condo has everything you could need and is very quiet. We enjoyed the restaurants and stores downtown
Manistee is growing but is still a lakeshore hidden gem.

A lovely place

This is a lovely place in a great location, but there were a number of items that didn’t work. The kitchen drawers could have been cleaner. The outdoor gas grill was filthy and worked poorly.
