Mantoloking Oceanside Beach House - Private Community. Steps from private beach

Well maintained five bedroom house located in a private beach association. The ocean is only a few steps away. Our beach is lifeguarded and uncrowded. A wonderful place to enjoy the water, relax during the day, have a cup of coffee at sunrise or a cocktail in the evening. Beach badges are included with your stay.

Our home is spacious, clean and well-furnished with amenities to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable. The first floor includes a newer kitchen with plenty of storage, large Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, family sized table with granite top and comfortable seating for 10-12 people.

The family room is generously sized and includes a large sectional couch (with two recliners), card table with seating for four, and a separate recliner. This room is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows and sky lights that allow ample sunlight to fill the room. The family room, which is flanked by two separate outdoor decks accessible via two sliding doors, is a great place for gatherings and watching your favorite shows or cheering your teams on a large flat screen TV.

The two outdoor decks are furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. One of the decks includes a barbecue grill. NOTE: At the time of this writing, some of the deck furniture is in storage and not shown in the photos.

The living room is ample in size and filled with sunlight filtered through large shuddered windows. This room includes two couches, winged back chair with ottoman, and flat screen TV.

The first floor includes a the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, living room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, powder room, and a bathroom with shower. The second floor includes three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The property includes an outdoor shower as well.

There is plenty of parking including a two car garage.

Other property details: washer, dryer, dishwasher, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, cable, Wi-Fi, central air, microwave, coffee maker, and fenced in backyard.

For your comfort and safety, the house is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. High-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets).

Linens and sheets are provided by a professional laundry service for each stay.

IMPORTANT: Minimum rental period is 7 days and limited from Saturday to Saturday

House’s location a block from beach was perfect. Even with storm limiting beach use, location on peninsula was ideal. House offered more than enough room for seven adults and one infant. Kitchen, dining room, living room and family room were all generous sized.

We had a wonderful vacation in Mantoloking, NJ. The house was perfect for our family getaway—spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was ideal, close to the beach and convenient for exploring the area. We loved starting our mornings with ocean breezes and ending our evenings with peaceful family time. Our family of 4 children ages 2, 5, 8, and 10 and 7 adults totally enjoyed our week long stay. The accommodations were perfect for us with a fenced in backyard for the children to play In, 5 bed rooms to accommodate different family groupings, a living room and family room with a door separating noisy children play from adult’s quieter games and conversations. Catching the beautiful morning sunrise was only a 5 min walk to a private beach. If swimming in the ocean is not enough exercise, jump on one the 3 adult bikes and pedal away. All in lit was a great location. Thank you Claudios for making this lovely home available.

Very comfortable for our group, what was great were the often take for granted amenities! I always bring shampoo, body wash etc., it was in all the bathrooms :). There were kitchen miscellaneous items like spices and tin foil, so nice not to have to purchase. The outdoor decks were wonderful for evening dining! Short walk to the beach!

Perfect Location, Comfortable House

The house was as advertised
lots of space for the 12 of us. Kitchen was fully supplied with all that could be needed. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the private beach was easy and quick. Beach was well supervised by lifeguards, water was clean and beautiful. A few hiccups were remedied by the host who was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this house.

Great house close to the beach!

The home was spacious and very well supplied ( rarely have I seen so many glasses/dishes and especially beach chairs ). Bedding quality was excellent. We were initially concerned about being so close to Rt 35, but it really wasn't an issue. Private beach was awesome. The only suggestion that we have is to add some hooks or towel bars to hang damp suits. Also a clothes line for towels instead of draping over the deck railings.

Wonderful Beach House Rental

Was the perfect location for our family beach vacation! There was plenty of room for everyone to cook, eat and hang out. And the private beach was so quiet and beautiful. My daughter was surprised with an engagement on the beach at sunset while there -- so the weekend was extra special!! Would definitely recommend this rental and really hope we can do this again next summer! Thanks for everything Claudio.

Excellent stay on quiet beach

We had an amazing experience with this property. We had an extended family getaway for a week in august 2022 with 8 adults and 4 kids. The house is beautiful (and much larger than the pictures imply). The kitchen table could comfortably seat all of us. There was a spacious great room and living room so people had different places to go. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The private beach was very clean and not crowded. Claudio was responsive and attentive to our needs. We would absolutely book again and recommend this house.

The home was lovely, clean & well equipped. The beach access was incredible. The decks were great.

We had a great vacation! The house was well equipped with plenty of amenities, so many beach chairs. The listing should have mentioned the total amount then we would not have to bring our own. For the size of the house a second fridge would have been perfect along with some nice comfy outdoor furniture instead of the plastic chairs on the second deck .The outdoor table & bbq was perfect

The Perfect Place for Family Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic week! I met my brothers and their families and my parents 80, 86 here for a week at the beach. The location is ideal with the beach being across the street. Beach was quiet and not crowded even during July 4th. The house was well stocked and the space worked well. There are 2 living room spaces which was ideal for a large group. We grilled several nights and the kitchen is set up well. Claudio was a great host and was very responsive. I would highly recommend and we would consider coming back next year!
