Sandpiper house was great for our annual New Years trip with friends. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, super fast host response when we needed something, huge table for our sizable group, and big comfy sofa. It's compact compared to other Manzanita places we've rented but every inch is well used. And it's a 5-minute walk to the beach!

Manzanita Family Vacay

Our two families including three teensand a dog stayed for a week-long beach vacation in Manzanita. We loved the house and its proximity to the beach and the town, which has so many great places to eat and shop. There was plenty of room for everyone and the common area was so comfortable. Nice stay at a family friendly beach house

A well located house an easy walk to beach access and less than 1 mile to the Main Street of Manzanita. Great for 2 families due to the bunk bed room! Kitchen is stocked with cookware but bring in the cooking basics like olive oil and salt/pepper. There is no bathtub if you have an infant. Dog friendly in the house but there is no fence in the front or back. Our dog stayed put but could be hard for dogs that like to escape.

Great family weekend away!

This vacation home was absolutely perfect for our family get together. We were seven adults, two of whom were elderly and 6 kids, plus two dogs. The sleeping and gathering spaces were perfect for everyone. The house is clean, simple yet has everything you need, tucked away in a quiet yet accessible part of Manzanita. Everyone enjoyed the trip and the house immensely, and we will definitely be rebooking at this property.

This was a return stay for us. We chose it based on it's proximity to the beach, private location, and floor plan suitable for all ages. The backyard firepit is a bonus- especially when it's too windy for a beach fire. Kids loved the foosball table. Walkable to town. One of our favorites.

Sandpiper house was the best for our family. We loved everything from the little gifts they give to help you get settled, to the handbook they provided w/everything & everywhere you need to know, to the little beach chairs and beach toys, to the appliances was spectacular & so kind of them. The beach was a walk across the street and the drive to the strip wasn’t that far. Me and my family loved everything about the house, location, distance to the beach, fire pit to make s’mores, how easy it was to Check-in and check out, & how great the office worker was making sure we had any questions or concerns, help w/anything, & how we liked our stay(she was so kind). All 11 of us (plus two adult German Shepherds) thought the sandpiper house was fantastic. Nicely appointed, plenty of space to congregate or spread out, a kitchen that our master Chef thought was perfect, clean throughout, comfortable beds, and a location at the end of a dead end street that was nice and quiet. Perfect location for a week-long getaway

We have been visiting Manzanita almost annually for the past 18 years. We have stayed in various homes throughout the town. The entire family agreed that this home was one of our favorites. So quiet on a dead-end street, yet only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. Foosball for the kids, a fire pit in the backyard (when it's too windy to build that beach fire) and plenty of space to enjoy meals, board games, etc. Although we were traveling during Covid19, the management company made us feel safe with their added cleaning precautions and screening protocol. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach house for two families

Walking distance to a beautiful beach that’s not super crowded. 4 adults and 7 kids fit comfortably in this clean home. Loved how all the kids fit in one room once we placed the extra mattress on the floor for the little one!
