The Space:
This brand-new waterfront home sits on a prime Marathon canal with direct ocean access, built for up to 8 guests. The two-story layout, vibrant exterior, and premium amenities give you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the Keys.
Inside, modern furnishings and natural light fill the space. The open-concept living area combines the living room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and dining space into one connected layout.
Step outside and you have multiple outdoor living areas built for the Florida Keys sunshine. Lounge by the heated swimming pool, fire up the gas BBQ, or eat al fresco while taking in the canal views.

Aqua Verde is in Marathon, a Florida Keys town with a good mix of outdoor activities and low-key island pace.
The surrounding waters have plenty of marine life, making Marathon popular for snorkeling and scuba diving. Sombrero Reef is nearby and well known among divers. The Seven Mile Bridge connects the Middle Keys to the Lower Keys and is one of the more recognizable landmarks in the area. It's a good spot for fishing, bird watching, or a scenic walk.
