Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out anytime before 11am.
Place bath towels in washer and start. Empty all trash (Black bins are located downstairs).
Set A/C to 75 degrees upon departure. • Make sure all doors and windows are locked upon departure.

Duck Key Home Review.

Absolutely loved the house! The location is perfect for all the activities we did. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. When we are in The Keys again this will always be my first choice to stay. LOVED IT!

We had another fantastic stay at my favorite house on Duck Key. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. And this time we had an additional bonus of a beautiful pool.
