This house was perfect for a large group. It had everything we needed and more. It is very spacious and amazingly quiet. The pocket doors that separated the different sleeping areas helped in keeping noise out late at night. We had a great vacation here.

Great roomy house for12 of us. Enjoyed the pool, kayaks and dock for fishing! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils,etc Plenty of parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family and friends make the perfect vacation

The location is awesome, fishing, walking and within distance to the beach and a little sandwich shop. The house is amazing and the pool beautiful. The owner is very responsive if needed. Every moment spent there was fantastic.

Relax and unwind

We were able to get the whole family together and there was always something to do from fishing and cooking the fresh catch to myriads of games, to biking, kayaking, swimming or just relaxing in the hammock swing or reading a book on the balcony.

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed ourselves. The house is laid out for large groups and allows for privacy. Restaurants in the area were great, fishing was wonderful and the pool and fire pit were enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well appointed for large groups also.

Great 2 weeks in paradise!

This home provided everything we were looking for. Plenty of space for our family of sixteen and two boats! The home was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the ocean and bay from your private dock. The pool was just the right size and great for kids. The host couldn't have been more accommodating. Very reasonably priced compared to similar locations in the Keys! Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Fantastic location!

Nice property. Very spacious home, fully equipped, lovely pool and plenty of dock space for our large crowd with 4 boats. We would definitely go back! One suggestion: Kitchen could use some updated appliances.

We absolutely had a wonderful time with kayaks bikes swimming pool and corn hole. We loved the sunrise and the evening shade along the water. We were content to enjoy this house without having to go any-wear else. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. Great vacation !!!

My large family (16) really enjoyed our stay. The younger kids loved the pool and were in it everyday. We all enjoyed the dock for boating and fishing as well as the kayaks and bikes that were available. The outside ice maker was real treat. There was ample seating areas and the roof top observation deck was great for observing constellations at night. The main level and upper levels of the house were very nice. The bottom level was adequate but could be improved with more cheerful and inviting comforters.

Great Stay in Marathon

We had a wonderful stay for our Spring Break! Beautiful property with plenty of space for our large group of 15. There is so much to do on-site from the swimming pool and kayaks to fishing and games. We saw manatee, lobsters and a lot of fish right off the dock. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed cooking for a large group. We loved our lazy days by the pool and heading out for fun adventures in the local area. Thanks to the owner, Kevin, for personally showing us the highlights of the house when we arrived and for a great place to stay.

Family get away.

We certainly enjoyed this property. Our family of 10 adults and 6 children 10mo-6 yrs. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Outdoor space with plenty of area to enjoy. So nice to have the use of the kayaks, bikes , fishing rods, and pack and plays. Kevin was very good at communicating and answering our questions.

I don't do a lot of reviews, but my family just loved this place. house was great with beautiful bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and outside lounging areas. grandkids spent a lot of time in pool, kiacking, bicycling, and the dock was great for the boat I rented. 10 to 15 minutes to stores, restaurants, beaches, and attractions. and kevin is just a super person, checked up on us a couple of times to see if everything was ok.
