Li at the desk was so friendly, pleasant and “Johnny on the spot” when we phoned about the problem with our air conditioner. The gal at the desk, next morning (she was from South Haven) was also so nice and pleasant. Sorry I don’t remember your name. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!!! 10 star

We were here for the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. Everyone was wonderful, room was clean and well stocked, and a center point for our Florida Keys adventure. A special thank you to Troy for his services, recommendations and fellowship. He is amazing.

Location was perfect. It is near different State parks and piers for fishing. The hotel was very nice and clean. But the room we were first put into was not efficient. The toilet wouldn't flush, the balcony door wouldn't open, the connecting door would not lock, and the room musty smell. Once we were transferred to another room, it was overall much better, although there was still a plumbing issue. The pool and Jacuzzi was very nice. Pingpong table was fun. The complimentary breakfast was also good. It is a very good spot to go to and to recommend to others.
