Spacious & Comfortable Living: Each 1,740 sq. ft. home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, designed with an open floor plan to maximize comfort and ease. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, large laundry area, and high-speed wireless internet, plus 5 flat-screen TVs to keep everyone entertained.

Outdoor Relaxation: Step outside to your private waterfront porch with picturesque views of Bonefish Bay. Enjoy the shared resort-style saltwater pool, lounge chairs, and tiki hut, perfect for soaking up the sun or unwinding after a day of adventure. Each home also includes a private spa, gas grill, bait freezer, and a picnic table located underneath the houseideal for family dinners or sunset cocktails.

Boating & Fishing: Vaca Cove is a boater's paradise with 35 feet of deep-water dockage per unit, equipped with electricity and water for your convenience. One boat per unit is permitted, and the property also offers access to kayaks (first-come, first-serve) for those who prefer exploring by water. Fish right from the dock or take a short trip to prime fishing locations nearby.

Covered Parking & Boat Trailer Storage: Each unit comes with covered parking for two vehicles and one boat trailer (up to 37 feet). Please ensure that vehicles and trailers remain under your unit during your stay.

Location & Nearby Attractions:

Vaca Cove is ideally located near Vaca Cut, providing quick and easy access to both the Gulf and Ocean. The property is just minutes from local attractions like the Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, Bahia Honda State Park, and Key West. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are all within walking distance, and the area is perfect for day trips, wildlife watching, or relaxing on the water.

Important Notices:

Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old

Maximum Occupancy: 8 people (8 in beds)

No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. Violators will be asked to leave.

Boats: One boat per unit (of any size), with a 35 ft boat trailer max. Boats cannot be docked in the kayak area.

Security: The property has outdoor security cameras placed around the complex for your safety and protection. Cameras monitor common areas, the resort entrance, docks, and the kayak launch area. Please note, there are no cameras inside the units.

Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed near or under the carport. If you smoke, please do so at the picnic table near the kayak launch area.

Kayaks: 4 kayaks are available for guests (first-come, first-served).

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and access information will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival via text and email. Please provide your email address upon booking.
