Eye-Catching Beachfront Condo | Pool & Nice Views

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The South Seas Tower 1 and 2 Association will be resurfacing the exterior of the buildings beginning October 1, 2025, and continuing through April 30, 2027. Construction activities for this project will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of the work relative to individual units. This project can also result in balcony closures when work is being performed on your stack.

The water is warm and the views are spectacular. This 1,100 square foot, 12th floor condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

The view from your balcony has something special for all your senses. Sun sparkles off the turquoise ocean to the rhythmic sound of waves breaking on silken white sands. Take a deep breath of the salty ocean air as you’re massaged by cooling trade winds.

You can see the private wooden boardwalk that leads from the beach to the oasis of green that makes up the South Seas. Clusters of palm trees encircle a heated pool lined with sun loungers and tables and chairs beneath tiki umbrellas. Pathways wind through manicured gardens filled with colorful bougainvillea and hibiscus, passing tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball and shaded picnic areas. The South Seas community is filled with countless other deluxe amenities, including gas grills, fitness center and a social room with daily activities.

Inside your unit, the coral-hued tile and nautical décor create any easygoing seaside feel. Sliding glass doors fill the rooms with natural light. The beach is the constant backdrop as you entertain guests in the comfort of a living room decorated with colorful paintings of sailboats and bowls of shells and other sea treasures.

The summer kitchen is filled with modern appliances, including a slow cooker since, after all, life in the tropics is slow-paced and relaxing. The blender is ready and waiting for when the day winds down and you need ice cold drinks to sip on the balcony as the setting sun fills the sky with streaks of brilliant orange.

The sliding glass doors in the master suite open up to the balcony, letting you fall asleep to the sound of rolling waves and the image of moonlight reflecting off the night ocean.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, televisions in every room and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short walk to Tigertail Beach.

There’s no better way to cap off a day of fun in the tropics than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Nene’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza or Thai Sushi by KJ, all just a short walk from your unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As explained already the condo unit is dated, a lot of rust, A/C had to be restarted 2/3 times and is very noisy. Paid too much for its state.Coming back next year for 3 months and hope to find a much better unit. Overall I give it a 2.5

February 2022 Stay

This was our first stay at South Seas. The condo is nicely furnished, clean and has a wonderful view of the beach. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of windows provide cross ventilation on cool days. Laundry facilities are convenient. Pickle ball and clay tennis courts are great. Beach cart, chairs and umbrella make it easy to spend an afternoon at the beach. Management company was easy to work with and very quick to respond when our disposal didn’t work. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Reviewer Comments: 1.We had problems with Keyes working where we had to go back and forth to your office. 2 upon arriving we had to leave for 8 hrs while door was installed. We had to move to another bldg which took 2 days of our vacation packing, settling, and then had to purchase Another 50.00 car registration .No compensation was offered..Arriving at new unit we were w/Io hot water and a TV for 2 days.

Reviewer Comments: wonderful, expansive view.the owner has taken great pains to furnish and maintain Tower 2-1205. the decor and furnishings are very pleasing, contemporary and very well maintained. Kudos to the owner. Wi-fi (inside the unit), the clean linen service and HDTVs are appreciated bonus. We have committed to a return next year. any issues were corrected immediately. Tower 1/2 Office staff were very pleasant and helpful.Gate security was stressed at times. Entry was often tedious with backups at the gate.

Although the living room was tastefully decorated, the couch was not comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of work. The real estate was very good about coming out for some minor problems. The bathroom has moldy tile and had a moldy shower curtain. The kitchen drawer kept falling out. For the cost, I probably wouldn't stay in that unit again.
