It really was a lovely place, clean, good beds, clean baths
could use a few simple luxuries, bath mats for showers, kitchen well stocked with appliances/cooking and storage items. Absolutely great balcony, great view day and night. Friendly staff through, convenient to everything. I’d go back again in a minute!

We booked this condo for our 30th anniversary and chose it because we’ve enjoyed this building in the past. The “penthouse” description made it seem like a great option for a special trip.While the location is great, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The unit was over 80 upon arrival, and the thermostat continued resetting, making it hard to sleep comfortably. Towels in the closet were damp, and we only had one washcloth. I contacted management but did not receive follow-up.There were also multiple maintenance concerns, including a broken chair, dusty bathroom vent, flooring damage, reversed faucets, a leaking kitchen faucet, non-working garbage disposal, and an overdue refrigerator filter. A Keurig was listed with complimentary K-cups, but none were provided.On the morning of our anniversary, the elevators were not working, and being on the 19th floor made it difficult to leave. When I called after-hours, I was advised to go to the front desk to report it.Overall, we still like this building and location, but this unit could benefit from maintenance and better communication. I would like to add I contacted the management company afterwards and was offered a small refund for the inconvenience and do appreciate that they took the time to follow up after our stay.

The view was indeed a million dollar view and the condo was very nice. However the walk to the beach was rough... took about 15-20 minutes in the hot sun lugging enough for 4 of us not to have to venture back up until the end of the day. We played pickleball one morning and they provided paddles/balls at no charge. Also there is an ice machine at the clubhouse by the courts that we learned about through friends. We loaded up our coolers each morning before trekking to the beach.
