Three block walk to beach, private pool, designer home

Our home at 165 Beachcomber Street is a quick two to three block walk (750 paces) from beautiful Crescent beach. We provide a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and towels for your convenience. Our home features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living/media room. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new mattress and bedding. It also includes an attached bath, walk-in closet and direct access to lanai. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, are located on the opposite side of the house and share a freshly renovated bathroom. Our newly constructed pool was added in November of 2014. We have a no smoking and no pet policy. House is installed with high speed wireless internet. Simply step into our home and surround yourself with paradise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very comfortable and well-appointed, and relaxing poolside could not be more peaceful. The beach is beautiful and spacious and only a few minutes away. The house is in a great location, just a short drive--and sometimes walk--to our favorite restaurants. We're already planning a return trip.

One of our favorite features was the use of the bikes—they really made getting around Marco Island fun and easy.The location was ideal, with close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We loved our stay at this property! We had changed our itinerary last minute and found this property. The house was clean, the pool and outside area was clean and a great option for more opportunities. Renting this property allowed us to save money by shopping for groceries to eat at the property for some of our meals. There were plenty of amenities (laundry, dishwasher, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, . . .). The beach was a 5 minute walk which was perfect. We will definitely consider staying here again and will for sure recommend it.

Perfect Marco Island Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Marco Island and this house played a major role. The location was perfect -- easy beach access, lots of space for a family of four with two teenagers. Ted was very helpful -- called us upon check in and offered helpful tips. Highly recommend this property!
