"Clean staff"

"This hotel was scary & dirty. First of all, let’s talk about the cleanliness. When I went to sit on the bed, there was a dead bug on the floor, so I am assuming that the floor wasn’t vacuumed or swept. When I got into the bathroom, it was still leftover soap & wrapper, so I’m assuming the bathtub was not cleaned. When I sat on the toilet & closed the door, there was dirt & debris in the corner including a very large toenail. I was scared to even walk on the floor with my bare feet, so I wore socks. There was this weird small stain on the sheet. I don’t know if it was blood or mud. Let’s talk about the outside. A few doors down from our room, the guests were playing music really loud. When we walked past the room, the door opened & it smell like a skunk. My husband said that was marijuana. There was a lady that kept walking around in the parking lot back & forth. "

"We booked this hotel with breakfast included. When we checked in the said we didn’t have breakfast included and it was $21pp. Since we didn’t have breakfast we took our time in the am and when we checked out the woman said you’re leaving without taking advantage of the included buffet? We sat down for 5 mins cause we had plans to get to. Very disappointed. When I booked it didn’t say we had to pay for parking which we had to pay $12 for. We had a nice room but the bathroom shower kinda sucked and the panel under the sink fell off. We paid a decent amount to stay at a Hyatt and it was NOT worth it. "

"Was an average stay, nothing fancy, but it fit the needs for 1 night. The pool was FREEZING. Breakfast had less options than I expected. "
