Check in and check out was very easy and quick, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The mosquitos out by the pool made it impossible to stay out, and there was a large cockroach in the hall by the lobby restroom. Overall, very nice accommodations.

Staff was friendly. Property/room was dated and in need of repair. Side of the highway that the hotel was on seemed decent however the opposite side of the highway where the gas stations were was a little seedy.

Had to pay extra for parking, the fire alarm kept going off at night so we didn't get any sleep. Not very clean. Room smell like someone with loud cologne or perfume had just left the room when we got there. I will never stay there again. We deserve a refund!!!

Made a last-minute reservation on a road trip -- very pleasantly surprised by this spacious, almost "fancy" hotel. We loved the fancy bathroom, extra living room space, and very comfy beds. Apparently they are also very close to Truist stadium & have a shuttle.

The first appearance of the inside is very welcoming and kept in great condition. However, the rooms and other areas of the building are in need of renovating. The rooms are dated and are in dire need of revitalization. I was bot pleased with the fire alarm sounding off at 2am in the morning when my daughter and family had to be up at 5:30am to get to her volleyball tournament. This was very inconvenient and I have not heard back from anyone in regards to anything that night/early morning wake up call. I feel some kind of compensation should’ve been given back due to this incident!

My stay was great. There were a lot of restaurants near by and you don’t have to travel far. The customer was great and friendly. Room was very spacious and had a home like feel to it. I’m very ocd so of course I wiped down everything with a cleansing wipe and there wasn’t much dirt or debris left beside from the previous occupant. So house keeping is doing a very good job at making sure every is clean before your stay. But overall I give this hotel a 7.5 on my rating scale and would gladly stay here again.
