Mme Siham la gĂ©rante a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able et a refusĂ© de corriger la situation avec le service client d’Hotel.com. Son supĂ©rieur a su gĂ©rer la situation et nous avons ensuite Ă©tĂ© reçu avec dignitĂ© et respect. Le service qui a suivi Ă  Ă©tĂ© digne de mention et nous avons pu profiter de ce site extraordinaire. C’est un endroit magnifique.
