Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Arrivé sur place pour avoir l appartement à 13h , personne. Après deux heures d attente en essayant de joindre le propriétaire au téléphone, il avait l air surprit de notre arrivé. Il était incapable de me dire à quelle heure on pourrait récupérer les clés. Du coup ayant deux enfants et une personne âgée avec nous, nous avons décidés de chercher un hôtel pour être sûr d avoir un toit où dormir.
