Les + Très Bien situé. Très calme Bonne surface (on respire) Les - Propreté limite (cuisine, SdB) Paries communes immeuble décaties. Des manques (Pas d'essui-tout, pas de torchon, 1 seul rouleau de papier hygiènique)

Appartement bien situé et propriétaire à l'écoute et prévenant. On est arrivé avec appartement bien chauffé et petit éclairage romantique, parfait pour un week-end en amoureux
