Clean and lovely hotel. it has a very nice pool that is located right next to the restaurant. The staff were friendly and there were extras like laundry service that provided a nice touch when traveling.

Lovely modern hotel. Large spacious bedroom with modern IT facilities (USB charges, lighting etc). Excellent breakfast - lots of choice and freshly cooked items. Staff very friendly and helpful with any request. Pool area was nice with sun loungers and umbrellas. Only downside was the location - aware when we booked it was 1.7miles out of city centre. Hotel is in a residential area, with only 2 restaurants (one oriental the other a steak/burger place). We have stayed in other hotels out of city centres in Europe and always had a selection of good restaurants near by to use, so were surprised on arrival it was not the same. The public bus that went past the hotel did not go into main centre of Marseille. If you like staying outside of city centre and don't mind travelling to restaurants, then would definitely recommend the hotel.

Air con was barely working at nights. I raised complaint since first night even called at mid nights and 3 ams to see if there is issue. The sleep was very poor throughout our stay of 4 nights due to that. Plus some staff members at reception do not understand English which makes it much more difficult when u call at 1 am to see if there is a problem centrally. The staff didn't seem to be wantung to make efforts to address the issue. Everyday i saw guests complaining about something or the other at reception. Vegetarian breakfast was roasted potatoes and tomatoes all 4 days and rest all Sugar stuff.

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight—plentiful, fresh, and served by attentive staff who kept everything running smoothly. However, the location left something to be desired. It felt a bit isolated and wasn’t particularly convenient for exploring the surrounding area or accessing key attractions. Unfortunately, the dinner experience at the hotel restaurant didn’t live up to expectations. The food lacked flavor and quality, and overall it didn’t feel like good value. It’s worth considering dining elsewhere if you’re staying here.
