Maisonette of 40 m2 completely renovated in the pinewood of the rouet beach 250m from the main beach of carry le rouet.
2 bedrooms, (2 double beds + possibility of extra bed). 2 bathrooms (one in each bedroom) separate toilet.
2 terraces of 25 m2. Barbecue, pizza oven, and pétanque balls are at your disposal.
there is also a secure place to park your vehicle.
From June residents or tenants will have private access by remote control to access the accommodation.

Enjoyable stay
Fine for 2 people. One toilet only which is ensuite with no ventilation so would be unsuitable for 2 separate families even though there are two bedrooms. Nice patio areas. Lovely and peaceful at nights. Jean Remy kindly helped us out with food and wine when we arrived late and nowhere available to eat out locally. We were there beginning April - would be lovely and cool there in hot weather. Netflix available and large tvs which was nice. Basic and no cleaning products in kitchen or bathroom. We had to buy washing up liquid - no tea towels or cloths. We were unable to park van outside home which made it stressful for us leaving on last day as cleaner waiting and we were loading van in a hurry to let her in. But we should have allowed more time. All in all we had a good time and loved sitting on patio on last couple evenings when weather warned up.

Havre de paix très agréable
Location fidèle à l'annonce. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Bonne situation et au calme . Literie de bonne qualité, télévisions (2) avec cable très appréciée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour, localisation top et très calme. Sur annonce, 2 salles de bains mais juste une douche dans la 2ème chambre donc pas réellement une salle de bain. Et le wc est dans une chambre. Peut-être réajuster ces infos car pas évident si location par 2 couples.

L’annonce manque de précisions quant à l’accès assez compliqué et la description de l’intérieur A savoir que les toilettes ne sont pas indépendantes mais dans l’une des chambres et la porte ne ferme pas bien

Dans l’ensemble cette petite maisonnette est correcte, la plage n’est pas loin et sous surveillance ce qui est appréciable pour une famille. Petit bémol sur la propreté et l’entretien de la maison, il ne faut pas être maniaque.

Chouette refuge au calme et proche de la baignade
Nous sommes très content du service rendu par cette maisonnette. La petite cours derrière est très agréable et au calme. Même étroite, elle donne sur une pinède en montée... un lieu reposant. Très appréciable de pouvoir aller à la plage sans prendre la voiture. Les matelas sont corrects mais attention aux personnes sensibles du dos. Merci beaucoup Jean Rémy pour votre accueil et ce lieu qui fût reposant pour nous 4.

Propriété très calme donnant sur la nature, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, deux télés (ça m'a servi le jour de pluie ;-) ), propriétaire sympathique; je recommande sans problème cette location
