Good location

Clean room very close from the parc Chanot. Good location . The decoration of the room is quite sad . Dark grey everywhere. Need some colours to lift it up. Bathroom very nice. Breakfast is good for the price.

Good hotel for a base point

A little outside of the old port and site seeing locations, but not far from a metro stop. Central for navigation between the outer city beaches and the old port for ferry rides. A straight shot to the main city beach with plenty of places to eat nearby.

Salem or Salim was very helpful and thoughtful. He explained things to me on where to go by using a map, courtesy of the hotel. He spoke English real well!! NO PROBLEM. Just a warning: hotel is being worked on. I enjoyed my stay but this is MY OWN OPINION. I am also a hiker. I had done the 500 miles Camino hike and I treated my trip in Marseille as one. It means I mostly walked from one sight to another or even back to the hotel instead of using the metro (M2) or buses. Incidentally, I am a fast walker. BUEN CAMINO in your journey!

Good location, Helpful staff and clean rooms!

The hotel is location at a very good location. We were looking for a hotel in that area and got a good price on hotels.com The front desk staff was really helpful. The first room given to us had bit of smell, which when we told the staff, they immediately changed it and apologized. Very good service, hotel clean, room and bedding comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in a nice area at a decent price

Serves it's purpose for the price.

Good overall but no air conditioning so it gets stuffy and too loud outside to open window. Lack of a shower door or curtain wasn't ideal and the bathroom floor got soaked. The hotel worked for my purposes for the price.

Close to the Metro and the football ground

Went for the football. The hotel was close to the Metro station and the ground. Room was comfortable to take a rest in between games and visiting the old port (which wasn't far away by public transport). Only thing that bugged me was poor (non existent in my case) wifi in the room. Had to go to the lobby to pick up a signal. Didn't eat there so can't comment on their food, but there was a good kebab and pizza place a few doors away, and a friendly fried chicken joint across the road.

perfection for one

I am so happy with my entire stay! The room was SO clean. The room service perfect! The staff went above and beyond by helping me with every request! I stayed 4 nights due to a convention and I look forward to staying again next year!

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly small and did not include any extra amenities. Everything was comfortable and basically clean. The hotel was very close to the metro station and the stadium (if that's your thing). My only complaint is that the cleaning staff kept interrupting me and would ignore the "Do not disturb" sign. If I do not want my room made up every single day, then that should be respected without making a special request to the desk.

Reliable hotel - value for money

Travelling as a mother with a 15 year old football crazy son, this quiet hotel met our needs perfectly as I knew the area to be safe from previous visits. We used it as a base to explore this exciting city as you can use public transport, either tube or bus or walk as we often did. I enjoyed the morning walk along the Prado to the daily market as my son slept in undisturbed. We found all staff polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The shower was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in August but we made use of the kiosk at the Rond Point and recommend the pizza van.

A real hole in the wall

It is just a place to sleep at night. That is it. I encountered lots of problems walking in and around the hotel due to construction in all the roads and the surrounding areas. Construction even started real early in the morning and it was annoying.
