It consists of four bedrooms with three bathrooms, one with jacuzzi, a large living room of about 50 square meters with table football and billiards. In addition the villa has a swimming pool not overlooked as well as a private parking that can accommodate two vehicles. The villa is located 100 meters from Borelli park. It is perfect for a seaside holiday, to rest in peace.
