First, SOO glad they're open AND making fantastic progress on the post-fire rebuild! Our room was a delightful surprise upgrade to the Woodland building - clean, spacious, cozy, and a great jacuzzi tub. Can't wait to return again!!

The picture and description of this resort don't do it justice. This place was excellent. This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in, it was spotless!! Furnishings weren't the most up to date, but they were acceptable. I will 100% stay here again.

They had patio furniture inside and it was old and not at all comfortable. It was up against the A-frame wall which meant I could not lean back or I'd bang my head on the wall. The pilot was not lit for the fireplace, the tv was on satellite but the info was in a book while there were two controllers left there, so when I chose PRIME it knocked the tv off the satellite - so no tv for the weekend stay! There was NO WIFI in the cabins, a detail they leave til check-in!! There was nothing homey - no throw pillows, no throw blankets- there were not even enough blankets for me to be warm at night! Had to ask for enough towels and finally - a detail that grossed me out - the return vent was very dirty - which means it's just pulling dirty air into the heating system. No value here.
