Family apartment 100m from the sea

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
The bright living area opens onto the sea through a large panoramic window—the perfect spot to enjoy dinner at sunset or relax while listening to the sound of the waves.

The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy raised living area with a sofa and TV.

The bathroom is equipped with every amenity: a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels that are always clean.

The two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed—are equipped with fresh sheets and extra blankets for every season.

Guests particularly appreciate:
* the exceptional location, just a few metres from the sea and only a 5-minute walk from downtown;
* the tasteful and original decor, with handmade details and personal touches;
* the apartment’s complete amenities: air conditioning, kitchen utensils, a stereo with vinyl records, and even mosquito repellent spray—everything you need to feel truly at home.
