"Our room, "The Study" was spotless every day-we adored the red pencils and stationary! We felt cared for with our bed turned down each night with fresh bottle's of water and a crunch chocolate cookie. The bathroom was incredibly clean. Favorite item was the towel warmer! We returned by taxi and could not wait to rest....I cannot express enough the impact of returning to our room and finding a thoughtfully written card replete with pictures of Harry Styles's albums personally given to my daughter and I. Over the top were the two matching Chesterfield Mayfair macaroons with pictures of Harry from his latest album. We both were already emotionally high from the concert, but for your hotel staff to remember that we were there for Harry Styles, to create such an endearing note, bake and decorate Harry Style delicious macaroons with details about items for allergies, and then to have it placed in a timely manner-just told us everything about who you hire--the best humans on the planet!! We relate to Harry Styles because we think he addresses the global issues of human kindness that we strongly relate to in all people--this hotel had kindness "in spades" in all of the devoted employees!"

"Hotel and concierge staff excellent. Always excellent help. Shout out to Cesar & Bob. Hotel room excellent. Very comfortable bed. Hotel maintenance fixed a room door that would not close, a rain shower spray that sprayed all over the bathroom floor, and a bathroom mirror light fixture that wouldn’t turn on. Park Corner Brasserie: Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde: breakfast buffet excellent, breakfast service staff excellent. After breakfast Mr. Hyde appears: mediocre-to-bad food at lunch and dinner. I understand why I got a coupon for Park Corner Brasserie Thirty percent of the time no one answers the phone at the Hilton Park Lane, irrespective of whether I call from outside or inside of the Hotel I was not happy with hotel administration of my bill. WiFi connectivity was not reliable"

"Great hotel. Clean, convenient and good service. Spa is good but no whirlpool and small saunas. Room decor is best in class with everything you could need. Great hearty and quality breakfast. A hotel with a bucketful of style and an abundance of nostalgia. In the top 3 in London for me. Expensive but worth it"
