The room was lovely. Very good heating via the a/c however there was no heat source in the very large bathroom, and with minus temperatures outside, the bathroom was freezing. Breakfast was beautiful and catered very well for vegans. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location for our event. Check in was swift, and even though our room wasn’t quite ready, our cases were taken to our room once complete. The room was well appointed and had everything you needed for a one night stay.

Room was upgraded and ever need was met. Cannot fault all staff. My partner mentioned if any slight view was to be mentioned it would be the breakfast plates were not warmed and the fried eggs were left baking in the server so were like rubber…however the waitress was happy to have fresh cooked.

Was told by hotel staff at breakfast table that breakfast is not included even though we had confirmation email from expedia that breakfast was included in price we paid for the room with amount we had paid we could not understand why as it was in the hundreds for just one night, more fools us i suppose, never again.

Great first visit. We had our dog with us, the staff looked after him so well and the hotel accommodates dogs the same way it does its guests. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back again. We loved it!

The hotel is clean, tidy and staff are polite.. on check in nothing was explained (usual Info re Breakfast times etc), our bag was left in storage, not taken to the room; not a show stopper but annoying as it was stated this would happen and meant an additional trip to reception. All in all a nice hotel, comfortable bed, but not outstanding
