"Everything was fine but incredibly disappointing about the advertised free shuttle to and from the airport and the subtle disclaimer that there must be a 48 hour notice. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at I’ve been able to call the day of to arrange a pickup and schedule a drop off while checking in. I would have chose a different hotel if this information was more prominent instead of picking up $60 in uber fees. Since this is not common, a simple courtesy call do make customers aware of this 48 advance notice would go a long way, especially when it is shoulder season and not busy."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wilderness Retreat. It was our 1st time there and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was exceptionally clean, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We loved the privacy and its very peaceful surrounding area. Although we only had one snowstorm, we appreciated the use of the garage during the cold days and nights. We're looking forward to returning next winter. Thank you for our new "home away from home." "Fantastic setting! Quiet, nestled in the woods with deer regularly stopping near the cabin. The cabin was outfitted with just the right things. We stayed 11 days and enjoyed everyone of them. Location is great for visiting the attractions of the Flathead Valley."
