My fifth trip to Medellín. My fourth this year. The Binn is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far and it’s not even close. The service far outpaces everything else. Mr. Adolpho was absolutely delightful at every breakfast and the breakfast is wonderful. They have everything. When you arrive there is an armed guard. A door man opens your door and takes your bag. The property is super clean. The rooftop bar is awesome. The rooms are clean. The king bed was super comfortable. The soaps and shampoos are high quality and the way the staff genuinely cares and asks about you and then fulfills everything is just unbelievable. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Not one unpleasant staff member in the building. Great vibes. I am picky and I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. My only gripe was no smart TV, but who really cares. We are rarely in our room except to sleep and relax. Great amenities. Great room service. Hot tub, pool, steam room. Breathtaking views from the hot tub and pool.

The property was very upscale. They welcomed us with a drink and cake. The front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was superb with 6 stars service. We had lunch at the roof top and the food was terrific. The views from the roof top were great!!! The rooms were modern and desk. A little bit noise, you could hear the neighbors doors closing and talking in the hallway. The pool is in the roof top with service from the bar. 15 mins walking there is a small mall with several great restaurants and small shops.

WHERE DO I START!? We absolutely loved our stay at Binn. I’m going to go ahead and put a list together of things we enjoyed: -THE STAFF! So so friendly and kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make the stay as comfortable as possible. A HUGE HUGE shout out to Ivan. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which we ended up taking and had great experiences at. His kind demeanor was welcoming and we were grateful to have met him. We also want to shout out Adolfo from the hotel restaurant. He was just so friendly and made us feel like family. He would remember our names and our drink orders and is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. People like this make your experience so comfortable and welcoming. -THE ROOMS. The rooms felt extremely clean and comfortable. Every space felt looked after and I always looked forward to coming back after adventuring out. Room service was 24/7, and the bathroom area was so beautiful. -THE AMENITIES. The rooftop bar with the infinity pool is INSANE, and the water is heated. We also took advantage of the jacuzzi and the steam room. Both the pool and jacuzzi had a beautiful view that just added to the experience. I also wanted to add that they have security at the front entrance, which made us feel even safer. Every time we waited for our uber or taxi, the security person was outside of the hotel. Such kind people as well. I have nothing but good things to say about my staff. I WILL be returning!

La piscina nadie se puede bañar porque el agua es súper mega fría . En las habitaciones abren las puertas sin permiso con la excusa para revisar la nevera para ver si has consumido . Es un acoso de entrar y molestar cuando nadie consume nada de lo que hay en la nevera adentro de la habitación . Cuando haces el check out vuelven a revisar a ver cómo dejaste la habitación y en mi caso dejé una camisa nueva olvidada y no me la devolvieron.en conclusión no volvería al gastar mi dinero en este hotel
