The hotel aesthetically very pleasing love the entire photography theme. All of the restaurants were amazing with delicious meals and tasty cocktails. Had the pleasure of doing the Brunch at The Kitchen and enjoyed the DJ and food/drinks options. The staff super amazing and so kind. The views from both the terrace and rooftop were out of this world. Would absolutely recommend 10 out of 10 and would stay here again.

It’s almost as if there was a plane disregard for the comfort of guests after check in. One restaurant and the rooftop bar BLAIRING high octane music until the early hours of the moment. Not a single night of restful sleep at this hotel.

All style and little substance. Pros: Great location and great breakfast. Cons: Our room didn't have working air conditioning and we were told several times that the issue was fixed but it wasn't. We noticed rooms near ours that were being cleaned had portable ACs in them, so we asked for one. We had to fight tooth and nail to get one on our last night. I'm sure they didn't have many to offer but we were desperate. We got one on our last night which was a huge relief, but still very frustrating considering how hard we tried to get one. A lot of false promises were made that the air con issue was fixed when it wasn't. Rooms are also very tiny and cramped.

Everything! The breakfast was perfect and the restaurants in the restaurant were delicious. Unfortunately the pool is undergoing construction but you can use the facilities at a sister hotel 2 blocks away. The staff is truly remarkable, warm, friendly and doing whatever possible to ensure a great stay

The room was immaculate with everything we needed. The room is so cool! I can’t believe how different this hotel is from any other place we stayed. The staff is incredible and does everything to make you comfortable and at home!

The people at this hotel were very kind and helpful. Shout out to Jason who assisted me with check-in and checkout and baggage claim. The breakfast is outstanding. They have a small buffet as well as about a dozen items that you could order from a menu. Sofia was kind and helped me with my Spanish. The room is small, but has all that you need, it is in a busy neighborhood with lots of nightlife so you need some earplugs to sleep here. The neighborhood is chock full of great restaurants.
