This was a great hotel. I was traveling with two girls and the room was spacious, clean, and the property was in a great location. The only thing I would not do again is the breakfast, it was expensive! Loved it and would stay again

I stayed at this hotel as I had a 16hour overnight layover in Haneda. Didn’t really interact with anyone working at the hotel so therefore can’t comment on the service. My room felt old and my room was small. Convenient location obviously.
