Disappointed family

Broken items throughout the home, not even a can opener in the ill equipped kitchen and I had to buy a skillett because the non stick skillets were no longer non stick. Spent 3 -4 hours repairing chairs, and some cash I might add, so my family could enjoy a meal together. Broken pool cues, damaged pool table felt. A mirror in my sons room fell off the wall because some genious hung it with deck screws through the sheet rock so I bought anchors and fixed this. All of this was very annoying, but the capper was the fact that they sent several emails and texts asking how things were going. I responded to every single one and got.ZERO RESPONSES. The house was clean with a beautiful layout but it is not what the ads say at all as far as amenities and the home maintenance left a lot to be desired. What would be nice is a communication from the owner apologizing for the crap conditions and an offer to refund my late checkout fee. If a guest signs out on time REFUND IT. Odds are we still won't receive communications from them.
