The Santa Maria Villa consists of 1 & 2 bedroom self-catering apartments, situated in a peaceful residential villa area of Mellieha, known as Santa Maria Estate.
Mellieha is the situated in the northwestern part of Malta which is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. It was voted as a European destination of Excellence in 2009. The traditional village “Festa” is celebrated on the 8th September.

Santa Maria Villa is just 5 minutes walk away from the main street, where one can find Bus stops, Super markets, Catering outlets, Bakery, Pharmacies and much more. Once at the main road bus routes to the Cirkewwa quay, which then leads to boat transportation to Gozo and Comino, are easy accessible.

Mellieha is famous for having the best beaches in Malta like Mellieha Bay, Golden Bay, Paradise bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha and Imgiebah bay are only 3/4 kilometres or 30 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. At the top of the street is a busy hive of shops, bars, restaurants and a beautiful church. This main street has transport links across the island including the X1 airport transfer bus.

These villa apartments form part of a well-secured fully-detached corner villa where the owners live on the upper level, which is independent to the apartments itself.

This 2 bedroom Villa apartment has a terrace equipped with sunbeds and outside furniture (tables and chairs), for our guests to enjoy their meals outside.

The apartment has 1 shower room including WC and an en suite shower with WC in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a 4 ring stove, a toaster, wash hand basin and a microwave. Linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided and changed weekly. Ceiling/Standing fans are provided (at no extra charge) and TV with basic cable TV channels is present in the living area.

These Self-catering  Villa - apartments  form a part of fully detached  Villa. Where the owners live on the upstairs level . The guest are totally independent to there own Villa - apartment. with  their own sun patio and garden furniture for one to enjoy his daily meals outside. The communal swimming-pool which measures 8m x 4m, can be found on the same level as the apartments, making these holiday apartments suitable for families with children.

Free WiFi is available throughout the Villa and a washing machine is available without charge for guests staying at the Santa Maria Villa. Weekly Linen and changing of towels are provided to our guests. All of our apartments are fully equipped with an air-conditioning system, which is optional at an extra charge.
