The room was good, but the refrigerator was on 3 legs. I had to balance it with the coffee cup holders. I went to the front desk to report it to the young lady and she said someone would come up and fix it, but NO ONE ever did. It was not ever mentioned again during my stay. The maid service was excellent the young ladies gave us fresh towels when requested and emptied our trash.

Went for a wedding. This was one of the nicest hotels for the price we have stayed in and we teavel alot. Super sweet staff from check in to check out. Quiet clean rooms. Easy access which is what we needed. Sweet town without the hustle and bustle of Memphis. Close enough if you wanted to go to Memphis. Great place. But the staff makes it.

We realized the first morning we were at the hotel that the shower water was cold. My husband asked at the front desk and immediately we were assisted. The shower needed a new part, so they gave us a suite for the rest of our trip.
