All hotel staff persons I encountered were friendly and professional. The king junior suite was clean and very spacious, with a separate sitting area inclusive of a television and wet bar. Although my guest and I were unable to experience the rooftop on this stay, we have in the past and very much so enjoyed it. The HuHotel is one of our top choices whenever looking to stay in the downtown area.

Specifically reserved this hotel for walking distance to Riverbeat Festival. Hotel staff was really respectful and nice. Walgreens was around the corner and other restaurants and bars were walking distance.

Amazing!

This stay was so beyond amazing, all the staff were amazing the hospitality was above average. The roof top and drinks were worth more than money. I cannot say enough great things about Hu.

The people were great! Shout out to Mr.Flemming; Sweet and very professional! The young lady at the front desk during the evening with blonde short hair was very lovely and inviting. ......Tub had a plumbing issue; slow draining. Beyond that, there's a starbucks and walgreens in walking distance, Bar and grills too.

Memphis is my true love and the Hu is where I want to stay every time I go to Memphis.I don't think about staying anywhere but the Hu.I love that the staff at the Hu love Memphis as much as I do.I always feel welcome and appreciated at the Hu.Hu is fun,vibrant and the place to be.

Let me break it down for you-I am a true Hu fan.The roof top bar is a beautiful relaxing place with fun energetic bar -tenders.I love to laugh and I love the fun,friendly staff at the Hu. The Hu staff love Memphis and so do I.The Hu staff want you to enjoy yourself.I wish I was there right now.

Bed was so comfortable! Asia at the front desk is great and so was our bellcap (I think his name is Deakander?). Close to restaurants and Beale St. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Very cute boutique hotel. Staff really couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. The doorman was pleasant and gave great advice for food and where to go. Only drawback was room wasn’t very well lite. Beds were comfy and bathroom was huge.

Mr Willie greeted us and helped with our bags. After a long day on the road it was nice to have someone friendly show us where to park and actually take us to our room. Thank you! Miss Ebony checked us in and gave us great dinner recommendations. Deadrick was also super friendly and helpful. The staff at the rooftop bar and the drinks were not that good but the view was amazing. The room was clean. Bed was comfy. Fridge worked and was lighted. Have to get ice from the front desk. Shower was nice. Room size was good. Safe worked. The curtains were nice for hotel curtains. We bought breakfast when we booked for $5. Even for that low price I can’t recommend. Parking is in a garage across the street and pretty simple thanks to Mr Willie’s instructions. The AC worked but was really noisy when it would kick on. We would highly recommend this hotel.
