Large Very Quiet 5 BR, 2.5 Bath, 8 beds with King Next to Germantown

Our house is located in a safe, beautiful and quiet cove next to Germantown. It has 5 bedrooms (two are connected together. There is a door between them), a half-bath downstairs, and two full bathrooms upstairs. Easy access to Highway 385. It is about 20 minutes to Memphis airport, Memphis downtown, and Collierville.

The kitchen, living room, two dining rooms, a half bath, and a sunroom are downstairs. The kitchen has been updated with new light fixtures, and a flat top electric cooking range. The floors are built with hardwood and new tiles. Baby crib, high chair and playpen are provided upon request. TV in the living room with Xfinity including ESPN. Roku TV is in a bedroom. Fast Internet. Fenced backyard and two-car garage.

Convenient and Quiet

Great home to be close to Germantown and a quiet neighborhood to enjoy the sunroom. We were there for the horse show, and it was ideally situated. The owner is very nice and wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. And, we did!

Great family house in convenient area!

This house was a wonderful fit for our family when we were in town for a wedding - lots of space, convenient location, and everything we needed. Great extra features like Florida room, small wet bar, and garage were added bonuses.

Home Away From Home

Our group of 9 family members had plenty of room. Every one had a bedroom, space to eat in either of the two dining rooms and eat in kitchen. The airport was very close to the home. The home worked out fine for our vacation in Memphis.

Fantastic house!

House was clean with lots of beds and in a great, safe neighborhood. We had 11 people staying there, ranging from 9-49, and we all had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. Would absolutely stay there again!

The perfect spot!

This was the perfect spot for my brothers and I to stay for our Memphis area get-together for our Super Bowl weekend with cousins and uncle. The house looked nicer and prettier than the picture, and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We had plenty of room in the house and everything we needed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Siyan when we first arrived, and she was very friendly, nice and helpful. A great location, and I would rent it again if we do this again.

The house was just as listed. The sunroom was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of linens. The hostess was a joy to converse with. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Wedding Weekend

This house was a great home base for us for a family wedding weekend. Siyan was a great host and everything was as advertised! Our 12 family members had plenty of space to spread out and eat meals together. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly and we felt safe!

Thanksgiving Stay

Property was in a good neighborhood and good location; approx 10-12 mins from the airport and 20 mins from downtown. Somewhat older home with some upgrades but was clean overall. The sun room could have used more attention as for cleaning. Check in process was easy, and we were allowed to check in early (thx). Downstairs is pretty spacious with 2 dining rooms and a decent size family/tv room. My biggest criticism would be replacing the mattresses in a few of the rooms. Overall I’d rate it 3-3.5.

Pleasant Stay

The property met my needs and nicely fit my group. I was pleased with the plentiful amount of linen and amenities. The property was spacious so the children had room to relax. Also, I greatly appreciated the responsiveness of the the owner as well as the notes left for us. I would recommend this property to families and large groups.
