Approaching the facility is a fun experience. The tall fence and beautiful landscaping add to the inviting essence. There are a few landscaping lights that are in need of repair. The hotel has a very nice upscale feeling and seems to be very clean- The indoor and the outdoor pool options are great- the hot tub was nice and hot- There were lots of kids in the pool but it a great to see so many families enjoying the facilities- the rooms were great, beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great, and all the staff was happy and helpful; the environment was inviting and purposeful. The only issue we had was that none if the dispensers in the shower worked. I will definitely come back and just bring my own shampoo and shower gel.

Honestly the smell in this hotel was weird and the room was decent but never cleaned and the shower had issues especially with the drain…and the pool was barely clean probably won’t stay here again.

I was skeptical based on reviews. Luckily, I had an amazing experience! Staff was always readily available and on site. Each time I walked in, I was greeted and when I needed extra linens for the sofa bed, we got them without any problems! The room was clean and comfortable. No issues with AC; breakfast was always plentiful and fresh. The pool was down for maintenance at one point, but they made up for that by leaving it open past normal hours that day. Parking was plentiful and security was always outside. Great value and great locality!

Clean, recently remodeled bathroom! Fancy soap and shampoo! Clean towels and bed linen! Excellent pillows! Well-insulated rooms. Vintage elevators. Indoor Pool looked nice but felt a bit dirty once in the water. Breakfast, nice selection of breakfast foods including pancakes, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausages. Recommend this hotel if you’d like a comfortable place to sleep with security guards on the exterior. Check in process is very modern…most everything done through phone. Wifi worked well too.

The staff went beyond what was expected. The young lady at the registration desk was having a problem with the computer but she persevered and found our registration. Lovely work. The room was clean, quiet and decorated with with guitars above the headboard. Appropriate for Memphis. We were impressed with the entire hotel and staff. The breakfast was excellent as the choices were numerous. Again the staff worked hard to keep the dishes filled. We can't believe how reasonable the price was for the amenities they provided. We especially liked the guard at the locked parking lot. It made us feel protected. We will stay here again and we highly recommend it. Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

The property smells like mold as soon as you walk in. One of the staff members was very aggressive and rude when we simply asked where the elevators was. The room didn’t have linens for the pull out sofa. The carpet had big brown stains all over it. We got some linens for the pull out sofa and it had little black bugs in it . When you try to pull out the sofa, there was not enough room for the bed, it was completely jammed up to the other bed so there was no room to pass. The elevator and the surroundings of the elevator was very dirty. A few of the staff members that passed us were very polite and professional and that was very nice. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it. We was booked for two nights but left after one night. We didn’t get a refund.

The staff (when you were able to find someone) was very friendly. Thats the only nice thing i can say about our stay. The Hotel is nothing how i expected or how the website made it look. Check in was a joke you have to check yourself in which was not easy for my elderly parents that do not have a cell phone ( which you must have to check in) The smell through out the hotel was musty the digital key to get in your room was frustrating it took us 10 times everytime we tried to get back in our room.the bedding smelled like sweat. So gross! The toilet didnt work. My husband got stuck in the elevator. Then the elevator were closed off and was told to take the stairs to the 9th floor with disabled parent. Then every Uber driver that picked us up said do not go walking off the property it was not safe. Then was charged an additional charge of 245.00 each 4 rooms we had for taxes and fees that we thought were included with our package deal. Very frustrating and unsatisfied.

We arrived late as we were only staying here to catch an early flight. Check in was quick but when we got to our room it was a used room both beds recently slept in trash in all the trashcans. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and got us into another room after a around 15 minutes. I reached out to the management via the text they send you for any issues and simply got a "oh that's not ok what room are you in" I responded that the front desk had moved us to another room and that was that never heard another word from them. That being said the location was great for the airport, there is gated parking with a guard 24/7 and the staff we encountered in person was very nice. Even with the rough check in and all I will probably book here again if I have and early flight for the location and I didn't have to really worry about my car (I'm always worried about this at hotels lol).
