"Each staff member at this hotel was exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the bed was super comfortable. As I read in another review and agree, the heating/ac units are extremely loud and vibrate. Even after we shut ours off, we were still woken by the vibration of the room either next door or above/below ours. Wish they could fix that. One letdown was that there was a large group of children (maybe a younger soccer team) and parents staying at the hotel and they took over the pool and hot tub. It was so noisy that we couldn’t use either. Since the reason why we booked here was for those amenities, we were disappointed. Lesson learned to inquire if there will be large groups of children before booking. But overall, this is a great place to stay. "

"The hotel staff were available to check in overnight before heading south to a wedding. The room was good and could not hear any people in the room above. It was nice to stay overnight in this hotel before getting back on the highway."
